What is a Venue Stage Template?

A Venue Stage Template is typically used to create the stage at a venue, before the artist's equipment has been added. It is like a back up you can restore from. This is really useful if you Enable Sharing.

A real example, is to use a Venue Stage Template to create your stage (which, as an example, may include a drum riser, FoH speakers, a drum kit (shells) and some monitors). You would then use the Copy Plot option copy your Venue Stage Template into your Pro Service Plot which you may share with the performmer (who in turn, adds their equipment). When that artist no longer needs the stage plot, you can clear the plot. Instead of having to recreate the plot, you can simply the Venue Stage Template again.

You cannot share Venue Stage Templates. You cannot create PDF's of Venue Stage Templates.

What is Venue Equipment?

Venue Equipment is a way to provide helpers in the Input Lists and Monitor Lists. Click Venue Equipment and enter each microphone (or DI box) you have. You only need to add each piece of equipment once (so if you have 4 SM57's, only add SM57 one time). Then, within an Input List or Monitor List of either a Pro Service Plot or a Venue Stage Template, press CTRL or CMD after clicking in the Microphone / DI box text box to see the list.

Pre populating an input list

What is Enable Sharing?

Pro Service Plots allows other people to edit a plot. Simply click the Enable Sharing checkbox, and you will get a unique URL. Who ever has access to that URL will be able to edit the plot (so copy the URL and share it with the artist). By unchecking the Enable Sharing checkbox, you will prevent further access (you will still be able to edit of course).

Every time you click the Enable Sharing checkbox, a new URL is created so you will need to reshare the link each time.

Accounts

Can I use stage-plan without creating an account?

Yes you can, but they only last 28 days and then are automatically deleted (and we have no way to recover them). Check out our paid plans for more options.

How can I delete my account?

Log in to stage plan and click on "Account". Within the account screen, there is a button to delete your account. Follow the instructions from that page. Please note that even if you delete your account you will still be billed. Make sure you cancel your subscription from within your payment provider.

See our cancel payment page.

I can't log in. I have an account but it doesn't recognise my username or password

The easiest fix is to request a password rest via the log in page. If you haven't confirmed your account, we'll detect that and re-send the confirmation email.

I no longer have access to my email address. What can I do?

Nothing. You will need to re-create with a new account. If you have made purchases, then please see our cancel payment page.

What is the difference between having an account and not?

See our stage plan comparison. Please note, you can't make a free plot if you're signed.

How can I cancel payments on my subscription?
